Barring a miracle (like ending the Iran war tomorrow, gas prices immediately plummeting, etc.), I predict the Democrats take the House and the GOP narrowly retains the Senate.

Do we really have one party rule?  The GOP hasn't done squat for two years.  All of the EOs President Trump signed can simply be undone by the next Democrat president.  There has been very little substantive legislation.
