Looks like your training is in good hands ripitup.  You should do a hardcore training video while prepping for the for the nationals, or something along those lines  :)

Hey, NOT a bad idea at all!   ;D

OH, and I agree with bthomas77 that Debbie is one of the most inspirational women in BB.  She is an all-around good person and a great ambassador for FBB.  I was thrilled to see her get her Pro Card at Masters this year.

ditto, I met her in miami and ohio, she was very nice, very supportive. I was happy to know that she got her pro card.

Claire Rohrbacker-O'Connell is probably the most impressive LW FBB I have seen in a looooong time, and such an inspiration!!
She was a teen national BB champion and then took many years off to raise a family, etc. 
She made her comback (after more than 20 years off the stage) last year and won the LWs at the USAs.

Mark my words now - Claire WILL win the LW class at Nationals this year, get her pro card, and give everyone else a run for their money for the overall title. She's THAT good.   8)

She's also very very strong.  She's 4-11, I think, and just about 125 pounds before she's dieted down.  Here is a pic of her rowing 100 pound dumbells, very inspirational to say the least.
