i came up with something pretty good and as low cal and low insulin boosting as possible....i call it the Pink Dandy
Blue can Rockstar with vodka, i use Stolis vodka....blue can rockstar has a shitload of caffeine and taurine but no sugar so pretty much all the cals come from the vodka
