BREATHING
« on: September 01, 2007, 10:26:25 AM »
I have been on test, deca and now test and tren A. Been about 16 weeks and only a few left...
I have been having more and more trouble breathing lately! Never thought I would be that guy who gets winded walking up and down stairs.

Is it common on these compounds? My sleep has been like crap as well and I know it is because of the gear but thought I was going to pop a lung doing legs today!

Maybe I have to start doing some of that cardio crap, eh??

Man I just noticed the deca does this to me big time, just feel kind of bloated and short of breath.  Strong as an ox and the weight piles on but do not feel very comfortable on it.

About 3 weeks ago I stopped the deca and switched over to EQ as the comp gets closer cause deca has me holding water and feel much better now.  all the other stuff is the same test C, just started tren E last week and winny tabs.  Wonder what the BP is like?

I've noticed that with the deca too...it's kind of irritating. It usually takes me about a month to 'normalize" after I come off deca. Never noticed it with tren though.

You're getting older, BabyB.

Cardio is a necessary evil for a lifter.

As you get older it should be a staple of your life, as much as protein.

I agree and there is a time and place for the amount of cardio I will do. However, with the minimal amount I do now, still should not be this winded..but thanks for your concern kid.

I'm a personal trainer, so I see many middle-aged winded individuals of both sexes.

I ease them in to the training, but I do push the heart-rate.

Yeah, me too and have seen done the same. But not sure any of my middle age clients were on 400mg Deca and 800mg test either.

I know I kid about cardio but I do enough right now to keep me in check.

I'm on my feet most of the day, so cardio is not as much of a luxury as it is a drain on my body at this point.

I am not working as trainer anymore, only with figure and bbers but not on the gym floor. When I was, man, that was cardio enough for me! Especially if you have back to back clients for 5-6 hours.

Now you feel my pain, B.

The gym can literally be a house of pain.   :-X

When I was a trainer, yeah, that was my schedule. Hard to fit in time for food or your own workouts. Hated it because most days are split 5am-noon, then 4pm-? Had to workout in the afternoon and it suffered, big time. Some trainers I know do a 5am-2pm shift but I always was too nice and could not turn down people at night.
