My bucket of Whey ran out so i got another one, same protein i always use. And for the last week i've been feeling like crap shortly after i've taken my whey shakes, every single time. I've Thrown-up twice, came very close to it 3 times but managed too keep it in. I feel really sick for a couple of hours and then it goes away.
Did my body just decide it doesn't like whey anymore or did i get a bad batch or something? I don't understand it, it's the same protein i've used for a couple of years.
Any thoughts?
