20's I'd imagine...he has to be pushing 40 now. I love Real Deal but after what he went thru health wise recently, man, hard to come back at all!

What a time in bodybuilding history. Flex and Cormier looked spectacular back then.

Rico is still a regular at gold's- he is a PT there. he retired a long while back I think- he doesn't look like a bodybuilder any more

AHAHAHAAH!!! I still have a copy of the magazine with that pic from about 10-13 years ago.....it was the hot pink on Cormier and Flex's black n white stripes that I remembered.

During this time of BBing, Cormier was barely breaking into the Pro's and Flex was going into his Rookie season.
I was training at my Condo in Vegas, breaking in new ground in the desert which later beacame an oasis for many guys to get away from the Mecca.
Who knew everyone would follow me out there years later.

Ahhhh! I forgot about the Flex show. I loved that show...

My favorite outfit was seeing guys at the gym in the black and yellow unitard with the puffy socks and Otomix hi-tops. Man, I miss the '90s.

They all went to Vegas because it was cheaper than LA....but we will let you believe they followed you!
