Personally i find all i get from creatine is waterweight and energy. I'll look fuller, etc, but once i stop usin it it all goes away. The energy thing is prolly just from the tones of sugar in it. Im not a huge fan of creatine, it can be expensive. But i do like the waterweight, i find it lubes up my joints (maybe its in my head, but whatever:P). Suprisingly, quite a few times in the last two years I've had friends go off to join the army or move to other cities, and they're alwasy like "want my creatine?" so i got a bunch right now...since i got it free, i'll certainly use it. It does have some benefits, so i got no problem with it:P Plus its tasty to put in my waterbottle at the gym.
