**** i cant get hcg at least i dont think i havent been able to yet, but i can get letrozole and i wondered if it would be worth using some guys said only to prevent gyno if i felt symptoms were coming buttt another dude on here said it would make you shredded so i would like to use it for even that purpose alone please critique the cycle please. this is my second cycle that i have done my first none of you will approve... it was eq 600mgs for 12 weeks gained about 15lbs lost about 7lbs of that. got strong but not as much size i felt for my strength wasnt not reallly complaining though cause i kept almost all my strength gains depending on the lift any help is appreciated thankss
Cycle length 12 week minimum, preferably 16.
Test e over sus for a newbie, although this is based more on personal preference than actual science.
Deca to test ratio is too high. If your set on deca, drop it to 250mg. For newbies, I would actually rather see EQ. Your newbie test dose is reasonable at 500mg, and I think it just doesn't allow a high enough deca to get any real growth from it. I would recommend EQ at 400mg instead.
Nolva is good for PCT, but not an ideal choice as your anti-estrogen during cycle. This is for two reasons. Nolva acts as a powerful estrogen at abdominal fat stores, so while it is a very good estrogen blocker at periareolar sites, it will not be favorable around the midsection. Also, it inhibits IGF-1 production by the liver, which may be OK during the short course of PCT, but not something I would want to experience over a 12 week or longer cycle. Use Arimidex or letrozole instead.
Nolva at 40mg per day during PCT is probably overkill. It's expensive and you can save half the cost by using 20mg per day. Obviously, if you noticed some estrogenic sides during PCT from the unopposed estrogen in your system you could bump it up but this probably will not be necessary.
As many on here know, I am a fan of low-dose hcg throughout the cycle. Your balls will thank you some day.
