Wolf going from 15th to 5th this year...

He was like 15th last year, correct? Did he really improve THAT much to get to fifth this year? I know he has improved, but it just seems like him placing so high was a result of the fact that he's become so popular over the last year. And it's not that I think he should have placed lower, moreso last year he should have placed much higher.

Let me know if I'm all mixed up on this one.

Last year, judges placed KAMALI ahead of wolf in competition.

That, by itself should indicate just how much they were prepared to overlook him  (aka "paying your dues").

he didnt place last years so thats a big step for him. next year will be cutlers last

so it will be martinez and wolf battling it out for years to come
