In the last 30 days alone, this topic has been discussed no less than 10 times!
Yeah, I don't get it..and it's on this section and the hardcore. I believe it's taking the place of my other all time most irritating favorites:
1. Do I have to do cardio to lose weight?
2. I want to drop 20lbs of bf and put on 20lbs of muscle at the same time...should I eat protein?
3. My buddy did a cycle of dbol and gained like 40lbs of pure muscle and kept all his gains. He took 4 pills a day, how many pills should I take. Also, I have no idea what the strength of each pill is, so just tell me how many to take. BTW, don't tell anyone but I'm 14yrs old and my testicles haven't dropped yet.
