I feel that Jay peaked last year. He is on the tail end of a shitty physique and the young guys have already passed him but will wait until next years Mr. O. He had a full year of training and couldn't nail it. He wasn't just off or spilled over. He just cannot get shredded anymore. His body is in the shutdown phase.
I believe that guys like David Henry, Wolf, Martinez, Heath will be the new standard and top 5 Mr. O guys for years to come.
