Lol, I think you're confused.

ON is an okay protein and I think Dymatize is better, but I don't see the need for any WPC. I've only ever had their chocolate mint from the gold standard line and it was damn good, probably better tasting than Dymatize's chocolate mint. I've also had the pro-complex chocolate years ago and it was okay, but nothing to write home about.

mixed with milk it tastes ok, with water it has a funny aftertaste but it doesn't fuck my belly up. Strawberry is the only one I have been able to somewhat enjoy though. I haven't tried the choc. mint.

ON couldnt have been a better bargin when it was 28 bucks for a 5lbs tub, however as most of you know, the price on that now is around 40 bucks!!! Almost double the price

for a half ass isolate!! IMO you might as well spend the extra 4-5 bucks and get a blended protein. One with isolate,concentrate,casein, and egg. Cant hate on 100% whey was my favorite for years, it used to be a bargin.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is good. Ive been using it for about 2 years now.

How much water (or milk) are you mixing it with?
We give a 6-8 oz mixing range but I actually prefer a more intense flavor (it sounds like you do too) so I mix 2 rounded scoops in my shaker cup with 8 oz of water and a couple of ice cubes.
Give it a try that way and let me know what you think.

As a side note we just launched 4 new flavors of ON 100% Whey Gold Standard: Mocha Cappuccino, Caramel Toffee Fudge, Orange Cream, and Root Beer Float that were all very well received at the the Olympia.

i've never tried that i love the stuff with milk but i can't stand it with water( i always get the chocolate though) maybe i should try a different flavor with water......

the choc. mint is amazing, its probly the best whey ive tried, the only thing i like better is isopure, but for the price ill just stick with ON
