Liver Tabs

Who here uses liver tabs?  Kinda old school, but always hear people talk about them...The label claims they have a pretty high amount of BCAA per serving.

Either way I use them - I take about 5 before bed.

universals are good....but they're the big pills....like horse pills

Same ones I use. Each has about 1.6 grams of protein per pill.

For me- two servings of 15 each at night, thirty total (15g of protein), on workout nights plus 4 aminos and 4 fish oil caps.

they are a cheap supplement and they have a high bioavalability

i have been using them before bed every night for the past 5 years... i usually take 10 pills these days with 2 glasses of water

Universal Liver tabs...great stuff...take 6 with each of my 4 food meals!

Anyone else chew their liver tabs here?  Tastes awful at first but you get used to it pretty fast.
