-Got a bachlors degree in college with a decent good GPA
-Got caught with a small order 300 dollar order say
-Act like you care and are upset a lot
-Didnt get caught with alot of AAS or none in your possession
Would these factor in to keeping you out of jail for the first time offense? Possibly even dropping down to a misdemenor, if you have a good lawyer and show you want to have a great future in the health field or something of that nature. You show that you really care and really want to change.
