) lady with a little sewing shop, who does adjustments on clothes etc...generally good with a sewing machine...
you bring them the material, let them know what the finished product should look like, and bam...it's done.
bought 2 of mine online, and had 2 custom made, nothing beats custom made.
you can choose from so much fabric and make something really nice, instead of the typical colors you see online.
