paul was one of the biggest ever,but if can't pose what u built it means nothing,you can tell he hated posing,half the time his eyes were closed or glazed over.never was hard enough to do damage.

Paul Dillet ... definitely one of the BEST of all time ! Without a doubt ! I really wish he would've tapped out his genetic potential ... much like Flex, he just never had that work ethic that was needed.

There is a pic in one of his Musclemag interviews from like 3 years ago. In it there is a pic of him when he was younger and just started, he was wearing a white Tee, and showed his abs, he was the most ripped in that pic than he eve was, his arms, although not huge, were ripped to shreds
