Actor Lane Garrison was sentenced to 3+ years in jail on Wednesday.

A judge gave the former Prison Break star 40 months for the death of Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old who was in the car Garrison was driving while drunk and high. Two other passengers were also hurt, but not critically.

Garrison must also pay restitution in the amount of $300,000 to the victims’ families.

Excellent clarification.  I suppose this guy is only one level ahead of Susan Powter or Mr. Whipple.

I'm sure this will cause controversy, but I'll bet that if the victim in this case was a pillow biter, then even an A-list celeb (unless he is a fellow rump ranger) would do "hard" time.
