Ok, of my 13 years training I always kept away from protein shakes. Simply cuz i prefer more natural solid foods + I see most protein shakes got loads of rubbish in them (high carbs, sugars, etc)
Each year my commitments increase so it becomes harder and harder to eat 6 solid meals. And frankly, I must confess that I kinda am tired of 6 solid meals a day.
So am thinking of starting to use a shake for 3 meals and solids for three meals.
In that light, can u guys advise what is the cleanest, best quality product is there on the market?
I look for maximum possible protein content, least posible carbs and fats (zero if possible). I wanna mix em with cut fruit salad to make protein smoothies.
