sounds pretty solid actually...
what do you think of CLA as a fat burner? Lately I've read of numerous people putting its claims down
It's a bit of a problematic supplement, most people are looking for a quick fat loss product and will be let down by it, but what it does is invaluable if you properly understand it. Works like this
Your body has basically an infinite number of fat cells and when existing cells become saturated your body can create new ones at will. I won't go into too much depth how this all works or what enzyme and hormones are involved, just take it as fact your body can make new ones as needed. When you lose bodyfat, your fat cells are simply releasing the energy they have been holding, but they don't go anywhere. Think of a grape losing it's sugar, it becomes an empty sack, ready to be refilled again. This is one reason why many obese people have a hard time keeping weight off, they can lose the pounds and keep them off but months down the road they slack off and BOOM the fat cells swell back up almost overnight. Here is where CLA exerts it's magic, at a decent dose (around 6 grams per day) it actually shrinks and KILLS fat cells. If you're dieting and taking a thermo, adding in CLA won't make the fat loss a whole lot faster but it makes it more COMPLETE in that you are depleting and ultimately KILLING the fat cells. Over a long period of time (a year or more) cla also seems to be mildly anabolic. I would say with certainty if you want to lose fat and KEEP it off, CLA is invaluable, you just need to understand what it does and how it works.
