Like everyone else has said i would cut out the muscle milk.
Before u train, if your trying to lose weight, dont eat anything. Just have your meals as normal, ur already getting a steady flow of aminos into your system, so u dont need that extra shake.
Just drink your carbs and whey iso post workout.
And with the veggies thats good, just do protein and veggies, some lean protein for most meals and one fatty protein like steak or salmon.
