If this had been 10 Aboriginals raping a little 10 yr. old blonde haired blue-eyed girl, there'd have been hell to pay!

It's true.. This has been big news locally. Also this little girl had been through the same thing when she was seven... There has been an appeal raised as to the leniency of the sentence (all of the rapists were found guilty but didn't receive custodial sentences).

Heard it on the 6 o'clock news, but caught the tale end of it. Wasn't sure I was hearing what I was hearing. Then heard it again on our nightly International News. CITYTV in Toronto

I always oppose death penalty.

Hope there will be a new trial here.

The new government in place should mean that "the time has come...let's give it back" ,
