You need meat to build muscles.
Of course not.  ::)
I know a vegetarian guy who is bigger than Coleman, without meat ... and without training.

Classic Christian Fundy; ignore scientific/archaeological evidence concerning/disputing your own bunk religion but pay close attention to scientific/nutritional facts concerning bodybuilding. Talk about compartmentalisation of the mind.  ::)

What's the matter, Trapezkerl? You don't enough of posting bufoonery in the "Religious Threads" forums?

Number one: I haven't ignore any "scientific/archaeological evidence concerning/disputing" my religion. In fact, I've posted information (on multiple occasions) that support the Bible's validity. In the process, it has refuted most of the foolishness you tend to cut and paste from skeptic/atheist websites on a regular basis.

With that said, that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. I've been on a vegetarian diet before and know of others who have done the same. That's one of the ways I know that eating complementary vegetable and grain proteins can help you put on muscle.

Try sticking to the topic at hand....for once. If you wish to post your godless banter, go to the Religious forum, and I'll be more than happy to continue refuting your pointless blubbering.
