The little asian guy clean and pressing about 450 or so in the first video at about the 3 minute mark is crazy.  That guy probably weighs 135-140 pounds!

Looks impressive to the lamen but to anyone thats ever played, noone has ever jumped that high, especially not fat guys at 28% bodyfat like the video, they never show the takeoff, thats because they are jumping off a trampete (sp?) and then editing it out after, not hard to do with $500 software, ive dunked the same way, very easy to do.

There is my good friend Ano Turtiainen in that clip, lifting at the Metal Gym where I do most of my training. He has his share of the world records in powerlifting, he is very strong and very nice guy. Great gym also, one of the best gyms in finland. http://www.gometal.com/
