your best way is to let your brain relax as much as you can since no hormones available you will lose muscle mass,,it is small loss that increases with time but then get to status quo and you remain at specific zone where you will bounce back later on,,my best recomendation is to take coupel mnths off and maybe do easy training,,
when you get back on training and hormones you will bounce back same as a professional such as melvin bounce back from little skinny to big beautiful beast..only to a lower degree but you will bounce backl and most liley surpass the old you

GH15,

If you had trained natural for say 10 years consistently would yoyu lose it slower than if you had been juicing on and off during that 10 years??
