Anyone else Like to Barbecue?

Excuse me but a bbq in one of those "gas" bbq is not real bbq. I make at least 1 real bbq/week with meat & different kind of sausages + intestines and stuff like that :>
I know its not HEALTHY but yeah, we love bbq!

The tradition is to start the bbq (coal+paper) and drink wine, while preparing some sausages, 1 hour and a half later we put the meat, and we cook it slowly until it reach "3/4" , then its ready to serve.

I love it!

I hate to do the work, but yeah, definitely like going to BBQ's. In the summer my buddy has them all the time, get drunk in the pool, have some killer steaks. Better yet, is barbecuing on a pontoon boat on a nice day with a lake filled with hot bitches in bikinis.

That's one reason we bought the house we did. The whole back yard is all deck. BBQ spot in the summer is my pad. Then it's off to the hot tub. Shit with all this snow gotta BBQ in the garage then it's off to the bath tub cause the fucking dogs chewed up the hot tub cover and with the wife being prego the hot tub has just stayed empty.

i will never have to worry about that whole "snow" problem.but the heat and humidity kicked my covers ass last year

Hence why my hot tub is empty with the cover chewed up and split in half.. FUCKING dogs. They are such little bastards, but I love my boys. Everyonce in a while they get some of the BBQ last night they got the steak fat.
