Who will be the first person to die for Getbig?

Pro bodybuilders don't count, cause theyre on the kamikaze train anyway.

As far as non-pros, who will be it?  Possible nominees:

Cheri Lane - she OD'd on weight loss pills last week and had a major heart scare.  She's currently in a "I dont care what I look like" phase, but will likely be poping ECA like tictacs the first time Mikey's eye strays to a size 2 who happens to be 10 or 20 years younger than her.

JoeLocal - he'll be back.  Will the strain from getbig and a 3rd divorce lead to a heart attack?  Toss in the fact he lives on 4 ECA shots a day (His doc okay'd it, supposedly) and "normal HRT", chances are his blood vessels are on the fast track to shutdown.
