If they're giving rewards to tipsters, I think Alex Jones yelling, begging and screaming for people to call in and warn their representitives that 9/11 was coming is deserving.  You've all probably seen the tape filmed in the summer of 2001 where he states that he knows what's about to happen and begs people to take action to stop it.  I think that deserves a reward :)

I have never seen that video....I heard he knew of the impending doom but never saw proof that he did....Thanks for posting that....
