I think it is a decent cutting cycle. The 100mg of prop EOD should be enough to keep from losing much muscle unless you are truly huge. The winstrol will hard you up as will the anavar. Supposedly the anavar will also increase strength but I've never personally used it. The growth, from what I've read, is a little low for much fat burning. Someone else might want to comment on that one for me.
Now, to the good stuff. The arimidex will keep the test prop from converting to estrogen which MAY indirectly help you burn fat by having lower amounts of estrogen, a fat storing hormone, circulating through your body. Some people don't believe though so up to you.
Here are my thoughts on the cardio. You can do 30-45 min 4-5 times per week right after your weight training and shouldn't lose muscle. Now I know people are like "But doing all that cardio will lower my test level bro! you're a moron!

". Nope. You'll be INJECTING your bodies testosterone via the test prop so the amount of test in your body depends on how much you inject...not what your nuts, which are shut down, produce.
The rules change with steroids (thank God! woot!) and I'm still learning. But all in all, should be a productive cycle if you don't eat junk.
