if kai looks like he did at the Colo Pro with 20 pounds more muscle and some suicide conditioning, he could win it.  Dex may have declined 1%, and Phil might have a bad day, or maybe all the talk on getbig about his narrow frame/bad chest reached the judges reading.

Kai will have the advantage of surprise and using the "wow" factor with the judges. Phil has made great improvements, but he recently competed. No one has seen Kai's physique in months. Yes, Phil does have slight weaknesses, but they are overshadowed by his positives (almost everything). His physique is amazing and his conditioning is perfect.

Dexter comes in to every show with the same package, albeit a great one, he is slow to change/make improvements.

To me, it's going to be between Phil and Kai. Dexter is one of the best in the world, but these new guys are bringing the heat.

Does anyone have pics of him looking close to as good as Phil?  I got to be honest, I don't think he'll even be near Heath.  I really liked him in the documentary, but I don't know if I saw a world class physique.

With regard to Greene potentially taking home the Arnold crown, personally, i think that no matter how good he looks, in this contest the judges will not be looking past Heath or Jackson. I would be totally suprised if someone breaks up that party, even if either or both were not totally on the money. With Greene it is a bit of a mystery at the moment. Ok, he's supposedly going to compete at around 30lbs heavier than the Colorado outing. If so, what will that newly added mass look like on his frame? What will his conditioning look like, in comparison to Colorado? I think that this show will boil down to conditioning to split hairs amongst the top tier (which is a good sign, compared to the fiascos that usually take place at the Olympia). Greene will have to be totally on the money condition wise, if he's got any chance of landing a top 3 spot. If is condition is off, he could find himself at the back end of the top ten, or even lower. Personally, i hope that he comes out totally shredded with the new mass fiting superbly and thus coasts away with the show. These things rarely happen though. We'll have to wait and see on saturday.

Indeed. Well that is what creates the current mystery, in that there hasn't been any *old* pics yet, yet around new ones. He may be playing his cards close to his chest and come out shocking people at the ASC. However, Freeman played this mystery game prior to the Iroman, and came in well off.

We can hype Kai up all day long, but since no one has seen his conditioning, it's pointless. Sure, I am anxious to see what he brings to the show.  He looked good last year and with some added size could place in the top 3.  However, I bet Phil will be the winner in the end.  A lot of good pros in the show...so it's gonna be a great contest.  3 more days....

I don't see Kai beating Dex...I don't think anyone will beat Dex this weekend, Phil is good but Dex looked incredible at the O, I think people tend to gloss him over cause he's been sooo good for so long.  Never out of shape.  Kai, at best is probably 4th but even with that he's gotta beat alot of guys he hasn't yet.  Can he?  Who knows?  Sometimes I'm not that impressed with him and others I see a pic and I'm like god damn does he look awsome, almost like they used to look in the early 90's.
