arnold trained twice a day. so 3 hours sounds about right. Any longer and your a gym rat imo. BTW, there is this ripped black dude at my gym thats i hear, comes in around open time and hangs around for about 8 hours.  :o Thats like a full time job!!!! He is a cool guy, but damn!!!

true, thats a shitload just for training alone.  :-\ You would think a pro would know how to train BEFORE they got their pro card. ;D

I was very impressed with the separation between Dexter's deltoid and upper arm. It looked like he was cast in bronze the line was so pronounced. Have a look and see for yourself.

Dexter handled himself well in that interview.
