He was praising Ron Paul last year and then when Ron could have used an endorsement, he never got one. I wonder what happened to Bill's view since that time to be completly mum on  Ron?

He flipped out over the 9/11 conspiracy stuff.  Had a big flipping meltdown over it.

He actually plays down the hand over the heart thing a little to much.  Sure, the code says, "should" but the custom is freaking huge and you'll get your head slapped in many states if you forget to take off your cap and place your hand over your heart.  It's a pretty serious "should"  I think he probably had a brain fart as he does do so other times so it's not like he's against it.  And i understand him not wearing the flag pin.  I thought that was a freaking lousy use of patriotism after 9/11...  Oh see, I have a flag pin, I'm patriotic!  Oh I have a flag waving from my station wagon, I'm patriotic... Oh but I have a large flag waving from my truck, I'm more patriotic.  Oh, I have two 5 footers mounted on my jacked up Dodge Ram I'm the most patriotic. ::)

I don't think TV comedians should be endorsing anyone.

I like this show because he usually has a diverse panel.  I often don't agree with Maher on but I still like to laugh and his show makes me laugh sometimes.
