Definitely. You hardly see people talk about him though when an arm thread comes up... he's one guy with arms that have proportionate bicep and tricp ratio.

Great metabolism. He's not competing until august and still is leaner than half the guys in that show.

Yeah he has.  He's built exactly like Darrem but with wider shoulders and big calves.  If he wants to be a pro he defintely has the genes to do it.

I agree with you about Jay's photo's always being the same(black sleeveless/tank with arm bent), but he's bigger AND leaner than you.

Jay is the methodical type; maybe boring, but he's still a freak of nature and a highly sucessful person in a shitty industry.
