Is Joe McNeil retired?

I remember Dexter saying he doesn't work with him anymore but then went back to work with Joe for the 2007 Olympia.

Rumor is that Joe has a crazy software based methodology that never fails... except with Kamali....  ;D

What days were you fellas at the Arnold?  I didn't see any of you guys walking around at all.
