Spring Training

went to a spring training game yesterday in Ft Lauderdale...Orioles vs Nationals...Baseball, Sun, and Cold Beer!!! Man, what a fun day...anyone else been to spring games this year?  Looking forward to opening day..I live here, so, I root for the Marlins...would love to get that wild card spot this year! I know....wishful thinking! 8)

Must be tough being a Marlins fan.

All the talent that comes through there - Beckett, Penny, Burnett, Pavano, Willis, Cabrerra, etc......and they all go away come FA.  They got a nice haul for Cabrerra, though.

Good stuff, but spring training is two weeks too long IMO.

Completely agree.  The last week or so is horrible.  The players think so too, from what I've read.
