Cycle Warriors are a common breed.  You see them in the gym usually for 8-12 and sometimes even 16-24 weeks at a time.  They'll come in all pumped up and ready to go, they may be a little pudgy and out of breath, but that 1 gram of testosterone negates the fact that they've been sitting on their ass like a wanker for the past 4-6 months.  They basically only give their full effort when they are "on" and when they are off if you get the rare chance of them even coming into the gym they're very sluggish and sloth like, usually out of breath quickly and just lagging like an 80 year old would. 

The best time to catch a cycle warrior is in February and March because they like to get in shape for the coming summer months.  After that, you rarely see them until the next year.

That pretty much sums it up. These guys are easy to spot, they will have no legs whatsoever, they always wear some sort of beater shirt, and they are flaming douche bags and I hate their guts!

haha, there's a guy that comes in and works out in Affliction jeans and shirts and sunglasses.  He spends more time on his cell phone and I've only ever seen him work out arms.

Lately at my gym, there has been this black guy who wears a bandana on his head, sunglasses and chews on a straw while he is training. However, he is always in the machine area. Someone with that street creed should be benching everyday!

The "Affliction" guy, lol! I've got one of those guys too. I don't see him in there every day but every time I do see him he has the same shirt on...maybe he's got a closet full of the exact same shirt.

My favorite guy with "the shirt" is one of the "Tapout" guys in my gym...and this guy is Captain Tapout. He took the title a few months ago...I am not making this up, but on the back glass of his SUV he had the glorious letters "TapouT" put on the back glass! I am not making this up...I shit you not.
