I don't even get cable anymore and I had a DVR through the cable company...so, even without comercials, I couldn't bare to watch anything on 100+ channels..haha  Saturday Night Live was the only show.  Sometimes, I'll glance up at the tv, while doing my monster 10 minutes of cardio for the day.  TV has seriously hit the shits, along with mainstream music (shocking I know, but yeah).  The funny thing is, life is exactly the same whether or not you know about 5 random people who were killed in "cold blood" at an Arkansas minimart or that there is a kid out there with 2 heads, etc.  Or Paris Hilton sucked a cock last night and did some blow.
Movies on the other hand are entertaining, especially on a good screen/sound set up.

There was once a time when you had to be (insert here) to get on TV:

1) Talented

2) Entertaining

3) Criminal

4) interesting

Not anymore. The funniest thing about these "reality" shows, is that they ARE STAGED! And most of the people on there ARE NOT entertaining.

So many fucking airheads out there....

Yeah, that was pretty retarded. And I realize that people who "feud" between each other (in pro Wrestling), at some point become allies. However. if you followed their feud since the beginning, you'd know that Vince & Austin team-up should have ever happened.....

No shit............seems like you spend an awful lot of time watching "oiled up men in trunks" wrestling around with each other.

Go figure.....

I was there, and it was fantastic!!!

I thought we were going to get soaked, as there was a light drizzle at first. In fact, the lights went out during the women's tag team match. We had paper falling from the sky, from all the exploding fireworks, and the smoke was suffocating.

I think Batista threw out his back, after that Batista-bomb on Umaga.

Unfortunately, there was a miscue, which could have been tragic at the end. The pyro that went streaming from the top of the Citrus Bowl, during the end after Undertaker's win had a glitch. The rockets were attached to black cords and were supposed to zip toward the field.

But, a few of them went off, without gliding down the lines. The lines snapped and the pyro started falling on the folks in the nose-bleed seats (where I was). I think one guy got his shoulder burned.

The wrestlers that got the most response were Flair (especially at the end), Undertaker, Hemsley, Orton (severe boos; I thought the fans were going to riot when he won), Cena (cheers and boos), and Kane.

The Big Show-Mayweather match was hilarious; but, the crowd wasn't in it, at first....until Big Show started pounding on the boxer (and beating up his entourage). Of course, as soon as it was announced that the match was "No Disqualification", I knew Mayweather would win, which he did, after kicking Big Show in the nads, wacking him with a chair multiple times, and clocking with either brass knuckles or a "bling-bling" chain.

Overall, WrestleMania rocked the stadium. It was better than the Super Bowl, that's for sure.  In fact, I'm still hoarse.

Don't project your woes on me.

I make over twice that amount, probably due to graduating college over a decade ago.

This may come as a shock to you. But, people from all walks of life like pro wrestling. And (to spare you the trouble of your next pointless blurb), YES, we know the matches are choreographed!! YES!!, we know the outcome is pre-determined. Hence, that's the reason wrestling is also known as sports entertainment.

Couldn't agree more. It's just so sad that people cannot just stop wasting their time*, and just man up and throw out the TV completely. Yes, you will have to actually think about what to do with your time. But there is so much more time available then. The people bitching the hardest about never having a moment to spare just always happen to know everything about 17 different shows they watched last night. ::)

Look, I know you are sincere and really enjoyed this wraasslin' show. I suspect a lot of current get big posters like it as well. I know many enjoy MMA fights and stuff like that.
In brief, I just don't fit in with the current get big crowd, no biggy, to each his own.
Enjoy your wrasslin'  Thanks Howard

If your IQ were higher, you would know that how good one's salary is or isn't depends on his expenditure. Here's a new flash, genius, you can make $100,000/year. But, if your bills exceed that, you are still in debt.

Of course, income and IQ have no bearing with the matter, as again (contrary to your boneheaded statements), people from all walks of life are wrestling fans. Perhaps, all that laughing out loud is due to your staring at too many reflective surfaces.

Does anyone over 25 still watch wrestling?

even flipping through the channels it is hard to even watch more than 30 seconds of it.

"fast forward to the part where the referee gets knocked out or turns his back".

Why don't you ask the majority of the 74,635 fans who were at the Citrus Bowl for WrestleMania XXIV?

...and to think, someone is paying you to be productive and yet you waste their money playing on a message board that is a waste of time.  So, in effect, you are wasting someone's money while wasting time.  Hmm..wonder if your employer would prefer an illegal alien at your position.
