Water Retention Question
« on: March 30, 2008, 01:48:13 AM »
Does water retention from AAS occur on the inside or outside of muscles...or both?

I know creatine mono causes water retention on the outside...and the creatine ester is supposed to put it inside the muscle.

2nd....Would prescription Diuretics like Lasix get rid of water casue by creatine also?

And 3rd...does Lasix just get rid of water between the muscle and fat...or get rid of water in the muscle also?

and can you take lasix or another diuretic during cycle to combat water retention?

Steroids cause water retention both outside and inside muscles.

Yes you can take diuretics during cycle, many do. Either for edema or high blood pressure or both. But you have to know what you're doing. Some use HCTZ, some may use Lasix but it depends on your situation which would be appropriate. I don't think you should self medicate with diuretics. Work with a doc if you need it.

Some steroids make you look leaner and have less water retention due to an anti-mineralcorticoid effect. I think tren is one of them.

Why are you looking to get rid of the excess water with something as strong as Lasix? Unless you have a huge problem that you are trying to drop water fast due to High Blood Pressure or something of the sort.. I would think this to be a bad idea. In fact.. you do not want the muscle to get dehydrated and then try and train it like that. Sounds like a perfect way to risk injurying. And.. a dehydrated muscle will be put into a catabolic state.

If you are just trying to control water retention.. you can do it safely by keeping estrogen levels under control.

Letro would be the way to go! Yes.. it works.

I know that i have said this in the past and that this is not the "supplement" question or board, but i have used ARBUTEROL H2NO from UNIVERSAL and it is at the: 6-9 tabs per day dosage insanely powerful product!

It is by far the strongest OTC diuretic available. I highly recommend it!
