In your opinions, how long after the expiration date is a supplement worth taking?

Depends on what it is and if it's been open or not.

And where it's been... hot, cold, dark etc.
It hasn't helped...

Pill form... has been opened but still pretty much full and kept and room temperature.

Bad protein powder smells BAD.  You'd know.
As long as it's still sealed, it should be good.

Protein bars are the worst.  When they get close to or beyond their date, they taste funky.  Health wise tho, I'm sure they're ok.
