Debussey wants to beef up and bench press 80 pounds 4 times.
What do you guys think about this cycle?
500 mg test cyp/week 1 - 12
500 mg deca/week 1 - 12
50 mg dianabol/day week 1 - 4
HCG throughout cycle
1 mg arimidex/day

Test alone will do wonders...adding in dbol will help but will be more just for fun then anything else at this stage...the dbol is not going to make or break the cycle by any means.
If you check out the "Thinking About Steroids" sticky, we go over the basic first cycle outline...both w/& w/o dbol.
As for the deca, 250mg/wk is going to be more then fine stacked with 500mg/wk of test.
Other notes:
*Like mentioned, stop the deca a couple wks before you stop the test...your transition into PCT and being off in general will be much smoother and easier...coming off deca right from the get go can be tough for a lot of guys.
*Drop the adex dose down...no need for that much...you're just wasting product. 0.5-1mg/eod will be more then enough.
*IMO, save the hcg for PCT. Some here will agree other won't...I'm not going to argue or plead my side on this because it's already allover this board...hcg PCT is my preference and opinion.
*If you want the more bang out of the dbol run it for 6wks instead...this little extra will make it more worth while.
