Enough Glutamine in whey?
« on: April 25, 2008, 10:17:19 PM »
I use about 4-6 scoops of whey daily with each containing 3.2 grams glutamine.   I see quite a bit of good information on supplementing with extra glutamine.

My question is...Since there is glutamine in my whey, would I benefit from adding extra into my regimen, and if so...is post workout the best time to utilize it?
