Where I "used" to train I should have said!

I loved Frog's, best gym I ever trained at, don't know why, just the atmosphere and people....... 


Plus it was pretty cool to step out the back door of Frog's after a good workout, cross the street to the beach and take a dip in the Pacific Ocean -not too many Gym are across the street from the ocean......(hmmm, Powerhouse in Pacific Beach is though...).

Fuck that hippie nonsense, we own the planet. Wherever theres a beach, we aughta drop some shark depth charges aruond the perimeter to keep those big toothed mother fuckers at bay.

My friend works out there.  Says there's too many Ranch Soccer moms
