About to start up but would like some solid advice. WEIGHT: 230LBS BF%: 17 TRAINING: 10YRS+ EXPERIENCE: 6 CYCLES
Fairly solid diet but want to cut down to 200lbs. Cardio is done 5 day week for 30 min consisting of running, cycling, walking after weight training.
Enough of that. Here is the question. I have enough to do a couple of runs (test, tren, mast, v, deca, t3). Have used all in the past but want to lean out .
Here is my plan. WK 1-3 TEST @ 550mg, V @ 200mg, Deca @ 275mg
WK 4-7 TEST @ 850mg, V @ 250mg, Deca @ 400mg
WK 8-9 TEST @ 1000mg, V @ 300mg, Deca @ 500mg
WK 10-12 TEST @ 750mg, V@ 250mg, Deca @ 325mg
WK 13-14 TEST @ 400mg, V@ 150mg, Deca @ 200mg
WK 15-16 TEST @ 200MG, V @ 150mg
