Nuts and healthy fats, natural PB is good too.

Hear that broccoli and cauliflower amongst other veggies can supposedly fight estrogen some.

Any food that contains healthy fats are great, i.e. egg yolks, PB, nuts, oils, etc

There have been studies that link soy protein to raised levels of estrogen, so you could put that in the category of what you don't want. is it true? I don't' know, but don't really care. There are better sources of protein then soy based proteins for muscles building/preserving, so who cares...just don't eat soy.
