Is jay cutler wearing a hair piece in this video?

His hair looks like it is receding because of steroids use or he is wearing a hair system.  Anyone know?   Also what is up with these bodybuilders wearing Jordan nike cloathes, they arn't tall and basketball players, who are they trying to fool?
