Is this something an investigator told you over the phone (i.e., not discrimination)?
It does sound unfair to me.
You know, now that I think about it, I have to share my bathroom with a woman at home (my wife). I should lobby for my own bathroom. . . .
i dont know if it was an investigator, but just spoke to someone from HCRC and thats what they she told me. i was thinking about calling again and getting another opinion, but thats just me getting desperate. its just the principal of the thing.
im pretty sure your wife would love to have her own bathroom also. i share a bathroom with my gf. just bottles of shampoo, conditioners, makeup remover everywhere. i keep telling her why cant you just have; soap, shampoo, and toothpaste? we have four bottles of hair product just in the shower!!!! that doesnt include her two different bodywashes and two luffas.
the embarrassing and sad part is that she moved in with me....
