Derek did look awesome before!  The sad thing is, I would say the biggest flaw in his physique was the use of synthol.  He has good lines and symmetry in my opinion.  Good size too, especially for a non pro/fitness model.

I think Derek has a great physique.  He is actually a nice guy.  He is handsome and articulate.  Sounds like a great candidate for being a pro bber to me.  What a guy! You might be able to make a case saying he WAS a great contender who just never achieved to his max.  But I still think he's great!
