 whats up playa !  ;D

okay guys, last time i used ephedrine in the good ole eca stack is like almost a year ago. i completely forget what to expect from it.  what kind of results does it yeild, what are the metabolic effects, ect... any knowledge and experience on that issue would be great because im cutting up right now and i am considering using it.... things like what diet alterations you make, how much it helps fat loss, what time of day you stop using it..ect

and creatine ! wow, i forgotten all about this stuff. i used to take it, but for some reason when it ran out (about a year ago) i just never bought any again.   im wondering if it actually makes any difference for you guys ? and, if ay AAS users are reading this do they use creatine, and does it have anything to do with the use of them ?

thanks bro's...

I had bad experiences mixing the two.  Granted I got pumped, and cut, but after a while I got sick too.  Not sure what the real reason was, but I will never mix the two again.  Feel free to experiment though!

If you are still 'on' the ECA stack could be beneficial...especially before your early morning walks

If your 'off' I would stay away, as the lack of carbohydrates in your diet combined with the stimulant effects from the ECA stack would increase your cortisol levels to the point that muscle loss could occur.  It seems that your on point and consistent enough with your diet that you would be fine just sticking to cardio and good dieting rituals.

As far as Creatine goes...I can't give you the best answer.  I would say that if your 'on' I wouldnt waste money on it, unless you respond great to it and want to see if it can benefit you along with your other supps.
