« on: June 18, 2008, 04:25:33 AM »
Why do the blow these guys up like balloons in the offseason and then catabolize them down?
who else does Hany prep besides Heath cause i'd be curious to see their off season pics...??

this guy looks like he is going to explode at 270..then hany will pull him down to a dry 230 or so..what's the purpose?

You got to eat a lot to gain weight … with proper food and calories … u can’t stay in shape all year around … however the off-season varies … some people tend to blow up … and some tend to stay leaner … not that they are doing anything different but cause they’re bodies are like that ... in shape (contest shape) means your internal systems are not stable which wont be healthy for a long period of time …

I think Phil and Hany have done great so far ... and his off season was more impressive that all other pros … he came in shape bigger that last year might have been better condition last year but the overall size compensated for that

Calling it off season is a joke, if anything off season should about about taking a break. Not swelling up and eating like a slob.

that is called rest ... off-season it self is a master plan to look better at the next prep ... this is the bodybuilding is (and that is what smart bodybuilders do)

saying you do only one cycle a year or just prepare for a show is a retard choice ... when you know that u actually make most of the gains during the off-season .. that is if u know

jo mcneal has the best method in my eyes as he keeps dex as close to contest shape as possible while still building muscle.

wish i could find out about his methods, etc :-\

good postand guess who handed heath his ass at the ASC ;D the guy who stayed in shape year vs blowing up like a fat bloated pig.

Bulking has ruined bodybuilding......especi ally with the hyper caloric diets GH and slin and top that off with a few grams of AAS throw in some thyroid clen ephedrine dnp and tons of anti-estrogens and you are set.

there are other ways to do it ...Victor blows up like a fat pig and so did DJ...Cutler doesnt use slin anymore just bridges with Gh and lo doses of AAS plus EPO..then gasses up with the heavy doses of anabolics close to the O...

Phil is mr genetics and LAZY trains and eats good only when a show is coming up...he can get by with it...

i agree bloating up is dark ages stuff.

to build 1 lb of muscle only takes 2000 cals, as there is 4 calories per gram of protein. so going over your base RMR by 5000 -7000 cals a day is crazy - fat if the only outcome. clearly dex/joe mcneal understand this fact.

i saw heaths training vid, i have to say he's the laziest bodybuilder i have seen since flex, in fact he looked lazier if that is possible. no enthusiasm at all, just went through the motions 4 sets each excercise, then eat. :-\

what happened to 'light weight baaabyyyy'

' cum on deeeiiseelll squuuuueeeeessssse'

'100lbs dumbells in your face'

ah the good old days ;D
