to build 1 lb of muscle only takes 2000 cals, as there is 4 calories per gram of protein. so going over your base RMR by 5000 -7000 cals a day is crazy - fat if the only outcome. clearly dex/joe mcneal understand this fact.
i saw heaths training vid, i have to say he's the laziest bodybuilder i have seen since flex, in fact he looked lazier if that is possible. no enthusiasm at all, just went through the motions 4 sets each excercise, then eat.
