As of this writing I'm on page 8. don't know how if i'll finished the book, but i'd like to discuss some of it with you on the forum for the all the 9/11'ers.
Griffins book.
He says there are 2 basic theories:
1. Official Theory: 19 hijackers on the direction of Al Queda/OBL
2. Alternative Theory: (Weak) Bush admin deliberately let it happen, (Strong) BUSH admin did it.
He prefaces this by saying our perceptions determine what we consider factors or non factors (hinting that it affects our objectivity and conclusions)
Then he goes to preset evidence questioning the 9/11 commission's independent nature centered around the commission's executive director's Zelikov and his ties to the BUSH admin, which is convincingly strong.
Here's where he fails in is objectively.
Basically he gives you 2 main courses of views, and one of the views (alternative theory) he splits into 2 other distinct POV both of which, are so different in scope that they should be 3 fully separate theories.
In fact, on a very subtle level, he's done that exact thing but disguised it as 2 choices when in fact it's 3 choices, with 2 of them (66%)being alternative and therefore increasing the "alternative" view choices for the reader. (slanted, bias)
Then while discussing, he mentions in just a few sentences, that questioning Zelikov connection is valid becuase the BUSH admin had only been in the white house for 7 months and suggests quesioning the negligence is reasonable.
The problem here is, covering up Negligence and incompetence, should be at the forefront in analyzing the accuracy or the 9/11 commision.
This guy is a sneaky little bastard.
He told what people do to not give them an objective view point and then did it to the reader.
