Almost every woman in this aerobic class today, was overweight by at least 20lbs.  I'd be willing to bet, they go to the class 3-4x per week, have a salad for lunch and think they're giving it a "good shot".

Nothing worse than someone losing 5-10lbs, then "rewarding" themselves, by eating shit.  It's the most illogical thing.  Or even the word "diet", implies temporary to most..haha  If I had a dollar for every time a woman told me, she was going on a  "diet"...haha, oh man.
Personally, I don't care how big or small a woman wants to be, just don't piss in the wind and pretend to work towards a goal...it's sad.

Dude....it's not even fucking funny. The tools at my gym (after half-assin' it in the gym) will stop and purchase a fucking million calorie smoothie....on their way out.

Oh, I forgot to mention.....there's this chick that teaches/instructs the aquatics class....and she's...you guessed it, FAT! Why would anyone listen to a fat person? We know this much, she could tell me how I could look like shit....but HOW TO GET IN SHAPE?

That's a good place for an out of shape person, in the water.  Personally, I really don't care how someone else looks.  If they're a fat 300lbs beast, great.  It's just the ones who half ass getting in shape, who I mock.
The other "interesting" thing I notice in the class was, many of the fat women were friends.  I think they stick together for moral support.  Your typical conversation would go something like:
"Hey Linda, I had my salad for lunch and did 4 sit ups this morning."
"Really?  Yeah, you look like you're losing weight."
"I know, you think so?"
"Yeah."

Meanwhile, each one is thinking the other hasn't lost shit..hahah  A group of females, more lies than a political convention.
